I accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other online payment processors via Stripe.
All prices are listed in Euro (€), but other currencies are accepted at the current exchange rate.
Unpaid Orders / Cancellations
Any unpaid orders will be cancelled within one week unless you’ve contacted me in advance.

✦ Shipping (Studio Items)
All original artworks and hand-printed editions are shipped from Ireland via An Post.
I ship worldwide - though international delivery times may vary depending on your local customs office.
Turnaround Time
Items are usually posted within 2–4 business days after payment.
Limited edition prints are individually produced by me at the studio - printed, signed and packaged with care - please allow up to two weeks for preparation before shipping.
Delivery Times
Ireland: 1–3 business days
International: varies by destination

Important:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I can’t be responsible for items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.

Some items - such as clothing, mugs and accessories are produced and shipped directly by a trusted professional print partner.
Production Time
Apparel: 2-7 business days
Non-apparel: 2–5 business days
Shipping Time
Average 4 business days (varies by location)
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email harriet@myfanwynia.com with a photo, your order number and a short explanation. I’ll happily arrange a replacement from my supplier.
Because each piece is made to order, I unfortunately can’t accept returns for change of mind.
Why Made to Order?
Made-to-order (print-on-demand) production reduces waste - only printing what’s needed helps lower material, ink, and energy use and keeps unsold stock out of landfills.

✦ Refunds & Exchanges
For handmade and studio items, returns are not accepted except in cases of damage during transit.
If your print or artwork arrives damaged, please take a photo of both the packaging and the item and email it to me with your order number.
I’ll gladly send a replacement or offer store credit.

✦ What is a Xerograph?
A xerograph is a fine-art print made using a dry laser process.
Instead of soaking liquid ink into the paper, dry pigment is fused to the surface with heat, creating crisp detail, a tactile raised texture, and a gentle sheen that catches the light.
This method allows me to print on luxurious pearlescent 300gsm paper, where every hue and brushstroke from the original watercolour remains luminous.
Care Tips:
Frame behind glass or acrylic (my framed options use UV-safe acrylic).
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or moisture.
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

✦ Handmade Jewellery
All jewellery pieces are designed and handcrafted in my studio using a mix of resin, glass cabochons, chain, glass beads, and assorted findings.
Each piece features one of my original art prints, carefully sealed beneath glass to protect the image and create a soft, magnified glow.
Because these are individually made by hand, no two pieces are ever exactly alike - many are one of a kind.
Care & Repairs
Please avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, or chemicals, and store your jewellery in a dry place when not in use.
If your piece becomes damaged, please reach out to me at harriet@myfanwynia.com.
I can often repair or replace parts for a small fee depending on the damage.
These pieces are made with the same love and attention I give my paintings - small, wearable fragments of my whimsical world.

✦ Tattoo Use
Yes - you’re welcome to use my artwork for a tattoo!
All I ask is that you tag @myfanwynia or send me a photo once it’s done - I love seeing my characters come to life in ink.
If you’d like me to design a tattoo especially for you, this falls under commissions and will include a design fee.
