This item is printed and produced by an outside professional printing company and shipped to you directly. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. Average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination. Because these are printed on demand for each order, I cannot except returns if you change your mind, but your item arrives damaged please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to me at harriet@myfanwynia.com with your order number and a short explanation and I will seek you a replacement from my supplier.
